She is quick with responses and she’s always upfront with information, pricing, and I never once worried about my stuff in the unit with the cameras and newly updated gates. Karren was outstanding. We had a logistically complex multiple step move and she gave us great advice and recommended flexible solutions and then delivered on all her promises. Rates were reasonable, access flexibility was great and it was stress free dealing with someone so friendly. Allstar Storage was very secure, safe, and clean. The prices were high for non-climate storage facilities. The owner was awesome. I have never met anyone who is so accommodating to your needs on a Saturday. Being new to Utah having someone even help unload our trailer after checking on us a couple hours later was a nice benefit. Highly Recommend AllStar Storage for all your storage needs!

The layout is terrible with post earthquake like lanes and it's pretty expensive compared to some of the climate controlled storage businesses off the boulevard. The owner was nice though and all my stuff was intact at the end of my use.
