I have been with this location before it was CubeSmart and have had great experiences with the management. Recently, I wanted to take advantage of the online savings with my unit, but was told that online savings were not for existing customers. Instead of leaving it at that, the manager, without prompting from me, gave me options to reduce my monthly bill. We had a conversation about those options as well as my future intentions. She (after talking with upper management) gave me a moratorium on the monthly increase til I could exercise one of the options in the next few months. Truly, appreciate her willingness and forthrightness to work with me! This location has been good to me over the last 20yrs. Thank you.

I was inbound to Alexandria with my 20 foot travel trailer and needed a place to store it for about two months. Sandy, the store manager, took care of me over the phone and I literally drove into the secured spot a few hours later. She made it very simple and obviously knew exactly what she was doing.
