Public Storage - Alexandria - 700 S Pickett Street

I initially called your 800 number they were running me all over the place for your facilities. They finally found one in my area. I went there sign on the door saying returning at 3pm and it was 3;15 at the time. I stayed to 3:25pm.Thgen I googled and found a location on Pickett street. The Lady there was very helpful. But units the size I wanted were all rented. She kept calling the previous location there was no answer.(That was Columbia Pike) Then she called 700 Pickett street store location and went there and finally spoke to another helpful representative. Thank goodness for those last 2 representatives.

Easy to reserve, clean facility, good carts. The parking lot could be better lit, and the timed lights inside could stay on for a few minutes longer, otherwise a pleasant experience.

I was assisted by Amanda who was very knowledgeable and made my experience quick and easy. This is a reasonably priced facility in a convenient location with great staff. I'd recommend!!
