Amazing Staff!
Moved in yesterday and first time in a storage facility so jad absolutely no idea how things work 😅 Fortunately, Ms Jenae(?) and her colleagues on shift (apologies as I didn’t get their names) had me laughing and totally at ease even with my cluelessly dumb questions. PublicStorage - please take good care of them and keep them happy and motivated. They were such great representatives of your company!

Milka — an outstanding friendly customer rep!
Overall ... the facility is top notch and Milka provided exceptional customer service when checking in and completing the paperwork. She should be recognized for her friendly spirit and much appreciated assistance in the check in process. Only recommendation is to lengthen the time for elevator door closing ... much too short and customer needs to hurry before door closes automatically. Plus the process of opening outside door can be troublesome if not fast enough to react. Overall... Milka made our move in experience very pleasant and we appreciate her friendly positive attitude and helpfulness. Jason
