A bit pricey if you ask me. No a/c and No connection to phone when you go inside. You must walk all the way out to use phone… the lady at the front desk is super sweet…

I can't say enough great things about Tena, the manager, at this Mystorage Kempsville storage facility! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s move into her dorm went smoothly for us. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and commitment to high standards. The level of customer service also stands out. Whether it was the initial helping us choose the right unit size, walking us through the rental process, or answering our many questions, it was done with patience and clarity. Tena made the entire experience completely stress-free. I have utilized the storage facility for the past 4.5 years and have not encountered such challenging and unresponsive front desk employees until today. Given the relatively relaxed nature of this role, which primarily involves monitoring cameras, I was surprised by the older lady's demeanor. She would benefit from additional customer service training and a reminder that she is a representative of the property, not the owner. I do not recommend using this location. Kempsville location
