I had some trouble finding my unit because I didn't get the promised "map" and signage was awful, but the property manager was excellent! Helped me find the unit and helped me again when when the exit gate wasn't working properly. Great customer service today!

Ram and Michael are truly the best when it comes to customer service and experience. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to move in fast and efficiently. They made the whole process seamless and when I had a question about my account they were able to immediately correct it for me ! It goes a long way, I’ve dealt with other storage vendors in the area and you won’t get this level of service and care. The facility is orderly and well kept. This location is a rip-off I advise everybody do not come here I called to get rates and information on a storage unit for the first month and then after that I wanted to get climate control / 24-hour access in a light in my units I got a 10 by 10 while I was on the phone with the gentleman he told me that they were going to give me a lock and I can return it to get my $20 back when I brought it in to return it because I have my own lock the dude at the desk the same one that I was talking to about my issue told me that he was not going to give me $20 back for that lock because I had to do it within the first 30 days. When I was getting the units the gentleman on the phone that was selling me the unit never told me that I had to turn it in within the first 30 days, even in the contract it doesn't say I have to turn it in within the first 30 days it says strictly when I turn it in I will get my refund for it. the 24-hour access is an extra additional $50 and I'm okay with that let's first start when I moved in my unit did not have a light bulb in it which I asked for, it was 84° in the building while I was moving my stuff into the storage unit all three days it was in the 80s mid-80s too high 80s degrees I wrote them and asked them about it to see if they could change it nobody got back to me so you can sall my stuff into this storage unit although it was a dollar for the first month Aldi taxes and additional stuff wind up being $160 whatever that was the start my contract with them my next month came around and then it was $60 once again okay whatever that's fine then pay my third month it was $206 well I was on the phone with the gentleman and we talked about the prices it was $130 a month how it got up to $206 I do not know. So I'm going to talk about what happened to me the other day keep in mind I have 24-hour access I paid 50 extra dollars a month for it I pull into the lot and there's construction going on I called the office and ask them how can I get to my units the male at the desk told me I have no access to it because the construction and I explained to him that I have 24-hour access that I just paid my monthly on the 3rd I have 24-hour access and you're telling me that I can't even get one minute access to get some things out of my storage unit he was a complete jerk had no sympathy or no cares at all about me spending my money on services and I can't get the services that I'm spending my money on I told him I spent $206 a month for this unit and you're telling me that I can't get to my unit at all I let him know that I pay extra so I can have 24-hour access to it so that's when I went ahead and asked him for a refund for the extra $50 that I spent for that 24-hour access that they are not providing me with he told me that he will not be giving me a refund because they are still providing services that they still are storing my belongings he told me that he could ask me out of the 24-hour access I told him that I already paid for it why would I have you asked me out of something that I'm already paid for I'm asking for a refund he denied me of a refund his whole posture his demeanor the way he was speaking to me and his tone was so disrespectful for this company to have somebody like that to represent them I don't understand how this guy has not been fired yet I advised him that I was going to be calling corporate so I did explain the situation to whoever I spoke to and I told that somebody was going to get back to me in regards to this I have not received the phone call yet the least they can do is give me that $50 back that I spent to have 24-hour access and here's the fun parts of the story this is going on all month yep you read it right all months I have no access to my storage unit that I pay for. So here is a fair warning stay away stay far away from this company especially this location people there that work are rude we are having construction and it will put you in a unit that you won't have access to they are a perfect example of scammers it reminds me of a tow truck company.

As an existing customer, I’m extremely disappointed with how this Public Storage location is handling both pricing and customer treatment. First, I had a confirmed online quote for a larger unit through their own mobile app, using the same registered email tied to my account. When I arrived in person, they refused to honor the price, claiming it only applied to new customers. That makes no sense, considering I used their own platform to reserve the unit. If they can identify me as an existing customer, they should also be transparent upfront about any pricing differences, not wait until I show up. Second, for few months, the property has been under expansion, with construction creating inconveniences, for example I wasn’t able to reach my unit yesterday due to construction. Despite these disruptions, they’ve decided to increase my monthly rent by 33%. My recommendation to management is simple: finish your expansion, restore full access, and ensure current customers aren’t bearing the burden of your construction before hiking prices. Right now, it feels like pure greed — trying to “have it all” while offering less convenience and zero accountability. If you value transparency, fair pricing, and basic respect as a paying customer, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere until this location sorts itself out.

I purchased a small unit and the setup was really easy. I want to give recognition to Rob who helped me get everything straightened out when I used a personal lock. He got everything setup for me in record time. They provide an app but I really appreciate how it's still optional and I was able to be texted the gate code and access credentials without having to install another app on my phone.
