Not thrilled with my experience. The HARD 9pm close is disturbing. If youre in the facility after 9. You will need to call the cops or jump the gate to leave. (This did not happen to me, but I saw it happen and read forums on this) Also the parking lot there has no sign saying "no parking" of any sorts. Left my car there for about 3 hours while riding my motorcycle. Was called and informed I was not allowed to park there and I would be towed. Only reason for 2 stars is because of the price. Havent even been there for a month and already got another unit else where for slightly more. But much better customer service, Once they close you can leave through the gate, 24/7 accessible if youre storing a vehicle, and I am allowed to use the parking lot since I am a customer.

I just got my second unit with them through the call center and in doing it that way you dont get eyes on it first and mostakes can be made. Not to fear 🦸‍♀️ Tiffany has saved the day once again. She has been extremely helpful and make sure that any interuptions are taken care of. Moving is already stressful so its nice to have someone looking out!

Recently, had purchased a store unit here. My wife may be online reservations. Miscommunication, most likely on my part.I ended up getting an indoor unit that was too small. With the help from Tiffany she was able to get me a slightly larger outdoor access unit that satisfied all of my storage needs for not much more cost than the original unit. Thanks again to the staff at public storage.

Best place to safely keep your belongings. Tiffany is especially awesome and much help with any of your storage needs. It's especially a clean safe environment with gated security that I really enjoy. All the staff are always so cheerfully helpful and really nice. Hope all have a awesome blessed day.

I have a unit at location on business dr in fredricksburg. Stopped in office to get another unit and manager refused to help me. Said she didn't have time to deal with customers I had to apply for unit online. Was very rude and unprofessional. Im pretty sure she was manager of that facility. Her name was tiff or Tiffany. I started coming to stafford to even pay my bill just to avoid dealing with her again. Stafford location is very respectful and professional. Never had any issues at stafford office like I have had more than one time from business drive location.
