Susann was very friendly and helpful, escorted us to the unit, helped with the setup and then helped us switch to a different unit closer to the elevator. I had already received a phone call beforehand, which was also really nice. Great service and great experience! Facility is also nice and clean.

This is my second time using a Storage facility. I chose this location because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close to the area Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m looking forward to moving too. Doug helped make this process very easy. He talked me through everything, gave a tour and helped me get settled in the first day. He answered all of my questions and has made himself available for any future questions or concerns.
