Hello Ms. Guest, as we expressed the numerous times we spoke with you, we are so sorry for the loss of your mother and we wish you peace and grace in the days ahead. However, the way your review is written misconstrues the fact that her death was not what precipitated your move-out from the storage unit two days after the final cut-off for proration. In fact, during our discussions with you about the rent being due, you disclosed that it was due to the closing date of your home being moved up to an earlier date, causing you to have to return from New York early to attend the closing. Until the home closing was moved up, you had every intent of remaining in the unit for the full month. Also, we inform all customers when they rent that rent is not refunded or pro-rated after the 5th of the month and that policy is clearly stated on the rental agreement. Again, we are so vey sorry for your recent loss, and we wish you only the best moving forward.
