Using the site was the best way to go. Usually, when there is an app that is supposed to make things easier, it doesn't. When they are supposed to be user-friendly, they're not. This service saved me the hours I would have spent looking at every company for the unit size I needed, and then in the area or surrounding area where I wanted a storage unit. Then I would start searching for prices and promotions and weigh those factors against my desired location, size, and availability. This service took 10 minutes and added more filters to my search, like drive-up accessible and 24-hour tenant access. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a storage unit. The best part is that they also get you a better price than if you paid directly to the storage facility.

We got the AAA rate with one month free. But we moved in a couple day later than our reserved date. Shawn was very helpful to modify our reservation and made us still be eligible for the discounted rate. He was also very patient at explaining everything from the keylock to auto-payment. Very good experience with the facility. The only downside is, the gate is not locked. But the manager explained there are tenants living here in the facility and helping to maintain the certain level of the security. Will recommend anymore to choose them for storage.
