Pearl it has been amazing best customer service of anyone I've dealt with bar none. I have recommended several of my friends because I like her so much and she's very friendly and efficient. You are very lucky to have such a great employee!

I would like to say that Miss Perla is the best woman that ever lived she treated me like a friend and made sure that I was taking care of to the best of her ability. The property is really clean and well taken care of I feel safe with my belongings staying there. She offers the best customer service that I've ever seen and she's really a blessing. I will continue to rent my storage from her and no one else thank you Miss Perla!

My husband and I were coming off the road from a long road trip from the Houston area just after Hurricane Harvey, and we needed to get things unloaded as we were eager to drop off the truck and car carrier, get to our destination and rest! This would not have been possible without the helpful willingness of Perla, the facility manager. She stayed after hours to accommodate our needs. If you are concerned about customer service getting lost in the "big brand" feel of a company such as Public Storage, you don't have to worry about that at this location as long as Perla is around.
