Really nice location. Superb customer service from Faren. I've visited the office a handful of times and she always remembers me and other customers as well. That's pretty cool. You can tell they keep the property up, so you have the extra knowledge that your stuff is safe. They also use the special locks for their units--meaning, no padlocks or combos. But the lock is re-usable...and at other facilities. A+++

Safe location in a great neighborhood. Close to expressway. Faren assisted me the day I opened my account and closed. She was very helpful in explaining needs in comparison to wants, which helped me in selecting the right unit for me for the best value. Grounds are very clean and it's clear they get a lot of business, so don't wait too long on deciding on space. It will be gone the moment you say, uhmmmm.

Amazing customer service! Faren Is amazing we have stored our things here for almost a year and have nothing but the best experience! Management has gone over and beyond for our family during our time here. If i could i would give 10 stars!
