I want to thank everyone at Public Storage for their excellent customer service. I initially got a unit that wasn’t quite what I was expecting, but the team took the time to walk me through the process and helped me find exactly what I needed. I especially want to thank John Michaels. I visited the facility on a day when it was raining heavily, but John still took the time to show me around and help me find the perfect unit even though we were out there in the downpour for quite a while! His dedication and professionalism really went above and beyond. Thanks again to John and the rest of the team. Because of the great service I received, I’ll definitely recommend Public Storage to others.

Price was different than I was told on the phone, it took over 15 minutes to change my reservation because the initial location was full, and then when I finally paid and got my access code I was not able to get into the facility due to a "computer glitch" for over half an hour, as it was getting dark and starting to rain. John Michael saved the day and stayed half an hour after his shift ended and finally was able to get me into the facility after resetting the computer systems 3 times. This was my first Storage experience but you can be assured I will not be using this company again. I wonder if they will do anything to make this right... I will update back here if so!

How are you legally allowed to increase the rate from $183 a month to $499 a month starting the 3rd payment?! This is absolutely insane! You will be reported to BBB and you will be reported to attorney generals office !
