Customer service was great. Anthony was really knowledgeable and helped me in a fast and accurate way. Prices were better than I expected and am glad that I stopped in to rent.

I took off a day from work to locate a storage unit to temporarily move my piano. Anthony called me shortly after the facility open about the online reservation I had made. The online application reserved an upstairs unit for me which was not going to work. Anthony resolved the issue. He was friendly, courteous and professional at all times. It was a pleasure working with him.

Upon booking, our storage unit was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Ray was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. He went over a variety of options with us and even explored other locations that would have been a lot more convenient for us, if they weren't completely booked. Thanks for the great service. I wish more individuals had the same level of helpfulness and professionalism!
