Very very friendly

I needed a place to put my RV for short storage and Public Storage was there. The service I got from Joyce was right on and painless she knows her job. The registration process was fast and thorough all my questions were answered, also things I never thought of were brought to my attention. It was easy to get in and out of my parking spot. One thing is that there needs to be a automatic gate installed for the RV parking lot.

This was the first time I ever had to get a storage unit - I thought of these places as dimly lit, creepy places. I did a pretty thorough search on the internet, found a location that was pretty convenient, offered a competitive rate for the size unit I was looking for, and crossed my fingers. I walked in, talked to Joyce, who set everything up quickly, and I was unloaded and done in no time. Place is well lit, fairly secure, and the facility is designed well. I came back the next weekend with my wife, and even she wasn't creeped out. Couldn't be happier with how this has turned out so far.
