Storageland - Hawks Prairie

If it wasn't for the staff and how friendly and helpful they are, and promptly returning my messages, I probably wouldn't rent here again. For the unsecure, no staff lives on site and the little storage space they call an office sucks and no one is ever there. The amount of rent is too high for the unsecure location and the shabbiness of the storage units. Also I like to be able to get to my things any time I want and 7:00 am to 8:00pm doesn't do it for me!! I work during day and have to take care of my house duties and by the time thats done its close to 8:00 pm. But the Staff in the main office is great and so i will continue to store my things there!

Staff is friendly and helpful , unit clean and was easy for large truck to get to, Door latch was hard to slide open and it needs a pull rope to close door down to high up for short people to reach. When reserving online and unit is not at office location, confirmation needs to inform no office there and you that you have to go to office before going to unit. Would feel more secure if someone lived on site. Overall is good and will recomend to others

While the online process didn't save any time at the office, the staff has been very friendly and helpful.
