So glad to be able to actually see the space and talk/ask questions to someone in person! Scott was super helpful and friendly. He showed us the different spaces and sizes. (And he let us take photos of the space to get a sense of size.) No pressure felt there. I had a lot of reassurance in the safety of the space. Lots of cameras to feel secure, and individual code/pin that will only allow you to access the floor that you have a unit on. (No point to going to another floor.). Access is only from 6 am - 9 pm (when there is someone onsite), but at least I feel like there won't be sketchy things happening after that. It was also nice knowing that we could always transfer to another size depending on our needs (going up or down in size), and our rent will just transfer to the other unit. The process was easy. Happy to have found the space that makes me feel safe.

Highly Recommend! Dora and Madelyn were both a great help today. I have always had an excellent experience with this facility. The staff, also including the manager Scott, have all been wonderful and I feel my unit has been very well maintained and secured. Thank you guys! Update: I'm back again several months later because Scott and his team are the best in the business!

Scott is amazing! He goes above and beyond to be helpful. Best Public Storage employee I’ve interacted with (the others have been at other Public Storage locations). The facility was incredibly clean too.
