When I went in to complete the paperwork today, Zack seamlessly picked up the process and got me through the forms quickly, explained everything clearly and got me squared away in my unit. I'm just moving in and so far I've been very impressed with the staff.

Storage story.

Hours of access are restricted from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and only 5:30 pm over weekends. Service would be much improved with longer access hours. No other complaints.

I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Ken. He greeted me warmly, handled everything professionally, and even stayed fifteen minutes past closing on his own time to help us move our equipment. No rush, no frustration—just pure patience and good vibes. Absolutely top-notch service. Ken definitely deserves a raise for that level of commitment.

Ok I am re-editing this to give a shout out to the great customer support by Ken. Ken goes above and beyond to make sure that this location is safe, secure, and clean, he really does a great job. Also changing to a 5 star because of the great customer service support from Ryan the manager before when I first moved in. I did have major issues accessing the property yesterday but I feel that Ryan stepped up and made things right with me and now I feel like I was a bit harsh. That is what excellent customer service can do, just completely flip the situation from 1 star to 5 stars. Great job Ryan. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I got what I needed at the Public Storage on Alaskan Way. Ken at the front desk was easy to talk to and very good at explaining things and helping me figure out which unit to rent. The facility seems solid so far—secure and clean as I would hope. I do wish the pricing were more transparent on the website—some customers like me just want to know what they're going to pay over time, rather than to receive "move in bonuses."
