Public Storage - Shoreline - 20065 15th Ave NE

When I came to the location I was going to rent a unit from the gal acted indifferent and didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. Not very friendly until I made the effort to change that. The inside of the unit was dirty and that was a turnoff. Can't the Managers at least sweep inside the units to make sure when you put a White Mattress on the floor that it doesn't get dirty. That really pissed me off, I most likely in the future, if the need ever arises again that I need a storage unit I won't go to Public Storage. Control me any favors. If the people that work for your company don't like their job then they should seek other employment!!!

I needed a place to safely, securely move the contents of a small apartment for a few months. Public Storage provided that solution at their Shoreline facility. Quick, easy, reasonable price, and I could move on to the next challenge.

Sabina was very easy to work with and she was available, congenial and knowledgeable about the storage units. She always called back with information that we needed. she presented her product well. she really knows the ins and outs of the storage business.
