Orchard Street Self Storage

I was lucky to get one of their last rv storage spots. The pull thru ones sound like they have a five year waiting list, so just happy to have a nice sized spot. Shannon showed us the spot a few days before we moved in, was so helpful in answering all of my silly questions. I love the rules they have so everybody has nice camper, rv and trailers there and don't have to worry about it being "anything goes". The paperwork on the weekend was filled out with a friendly staff member outside in downpour and he never stopped being nice! I think my rate is very fair and according to Shannon most of their rv clients stay there for years and years. I'd recommend this company.

Talk about a wonderful experience! I felt like a valued customer and the manager was so personable and really loved his job. It shines through in his stellar service and friendly demeanor. So glad I am storing here.

I have been with them for 4 years and have had no problems at all. I know that my stuff is safe and secure with them at all times even though I am out of state. And I can call them at anytime and they will respond to my questions that I have and give me a great answer. Thank you for all the help and caring I have received with having my stuff stored with your company.
