Just started renting a unit here recently, and I’ve been really impressed so far. The move-in prices were great, the location is super convenient, and the property feels very secure. I especially like knowing that Anji, the property manager, lives on site — it gives me extra peace of mind that my things are well looked after. She’s been really friendly and helpful with the whole process. Definitely glad I chose this Public Storage!

I just recently rented a storage unit at the Woodinville public storage, and met Miss Angie(I believe her name is spelled differently) Extremely helpful and kind and was very accommodating to my situation. She made sure I was taken well care of and helped me troubleshoot. Any difficulties I had in regards of just getting inside the gate. She is the epitome of good customer service. I wish all businesses had a Angie to represent their company she Is the reason I will continue to use public storage and I thank and appreciate her for making the rest of my day better.

I have used public storage in Woodinville for a few years storing my business items. Every time I have stopped into the office I was met by Anji who is a lovely welcoming employee. She always made me feel welcome and was helpful with misc questions I had. Besides the increasing fees which forced me to leave I would recommend this storage facility and happy they have employed such a nice person at the desk.

How you speak to customers—both your tone and your wording—is extremely important. Unfortunately, Angie did not speak politely in this situation. From an outside perspective, we were clearly in a rush, pulling items out of our storage unit to urgently find something, and our car was not blocking anyone from passing. Instead of waiting a moment to see if we were about to finish, she interrupted with, “You need to move your car to the side to make room for others passing.” There was no “hello,” no “excuse me,” and the tone felt unnecessarily harsh. I was willing to stop what we were doing and move the car, but the way it was said felt disrespectful. I also mentioned that I hadn’t seen anyone else spoken to in this manner. Her response was that she is there every day and is the property manager. That’s fine—but being in that position makes tone and communication even more important. If she’s there regularly, she should also be aware of how she addresses different customers. I see many positive reviews, which is great, but I’m not going to stay silent about a negative moment that made me feel talked to like a child. I am not one, and I expect to be spoken to with basic respect.
