Laura I am very sorry for your bad experience. Unfortunately you were not dealing with us, you were dealing with a 3rd party vendor who books storage units all over the nation. They say whatever and then we look bad with people thinking this is how we run our business and it is not. With us you deal with my wife and I, no transferring calls. We are here if you have any questions and if we miss your call we will call you back.
Good quality, price and convenient rental
I loved being able to check-in online and complete my purchase/lease and roll up and move in on move in day. I reserved the space early, which was helpful as well as I knew I wanted to be at this facility (was there last year) and I didn't want the 10x20s to be gone when I was ready to check in. The doors are really nice - seems like a more secure design to me with an enclosed slider. The units are very clean (the whole property is clean).
