I had a reservation at Public Storage on Mayfair Rd. that was given away. I asked to check for another location as I needed a storage immediately. The Manager the Public Storage located at 77th Dean Road said she had available storages. I went right away. I met Meronda and explained my issue and she immediately corrected the issue and rented me a storage. After seeing the unit wad going to be too small and asked Meronda did she have any larger units. She did and took the time to cancel and upgrade my contract also with the special deals! She was very professional and had the greatest personality. I am very pleased with the service I receive from Public Storage, Dean Road location. I rate Meron

Lots of times when I've had dealings with various storage places, employees and management alike seem to not be very social or friendly. My experience here on Dean Rd has been very good. Only been a couple of months but other than reasonable prices, staff is great. Today I went in with some questions and talked with Mary. I got a great greeting, fast answers, and she clearly knows a lot and I can tell she takes her job seriously. I appreciate great customer service and feeling welcome and at ease while communicating. I recommended this place over all others based on price and employees like Mary.

Mornada the manager at the Dean location In Milwaukee was so helpful in getting to the bottom of why my account was over charged of 35 dollars for one and 38 dollars for the other. She was so professional and persistent. The customer service that took the payment over the phone at the time failed to disclose the over the phone payment fee that offset the regular monthly payments that subtracted from the total fee that resulted in a late fee after the 7 of the month. Mornada continued to investigate the problem and returned my call with the issue at hand. So thank you Mornanda…! For your 6 star customer service.
