Rip off
I paid 360.00 in 2 months and I was unable to gain access to my unit because it was locked. I contacted them several times and the unit remained locked even after confirming that I was current on Mt payment. My payment is 60 dollars a month yet they are charging me 120.00. I'm now contacting the better business department regarding this location the lack of communication and

Hi James, the information you have posted this review is not factual. I just left you an email earlier today but you paid $105 twice because your payments have always been received after both are late and our lockout dates. You are correct your payment should be $60 and would be if it was paid on time but you have continued to pay very late each month. As far as the lock out on your unit, that also is an accurate, and we are happy to go over this with you, but your unit was unlocked less than 48 hours after you finally made your payment.
