Casper was hit by a record-breaking storm which caused significant damage to our facility, impacting several of our tenants. Due to the amount of damage and emergencies the storm created around the entire city our door repairman was inundated which led to slower-than-normal response times. We contacted the tenants who were impacted and offered them the opportunity to move into other units while we awaited the repairs. At this time all units have been repaired except yours which requires a part that is on backorder. As a gesture of goodwill we offered you a month of free rent. We hope that this will help to make up for the inconvenience that you have experienced. We understand that you are frustrated with the situation, and we apologize for the delay.
