Things were good until they weren’t. The guys are nice and helpful yes. But I can’t recommend this facility. I needed a climate controlled unit for my painted and unpainted resins. I found this place via Google Maps. I got two so I would have enough space. I went by there last weekend. There was a dead mouse in my unit. I called the owner and was told that this was the first he’d heard of mice and he would get an exterminator out. That didn’t make me feel very happy about my resins being there. I would have moved them out but I had no room for them and I was closing on my house the following week. I went yesterday to get my things out. There was a dead mouse stuck on a zippered bag that had linens in it. I tried calling the owner but he didn’t answer. I texted him a picture and I still haven’t heard back. The lights barely worked and it was warm inside the facility. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for climate controlled units that should have been mouse-free. Right now, all of the boxes are in the garage so that I can go through them one at a time for more mice. So no, I cannot recommend them. Coming back to add that I found another dead mouse inside a bag of linens along with maggots (there's a photo here from that also), and thanks to the HVAC not functioning properly some of my painted models are ruined. I have filed a claim through my insurance company at this point. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
