Swasthik as our contact was always professional and courtesy dealing with us and we appreciate what he did to keep us aware of any of our unit questions. We have finally downsized our belongings enough to no longer need this very good facility.

I've rented space at this facility for 23 years. Heartland Storage purchased the facility in 2025. Last week I was notified of a 54% price increase from last year. I've spoken to a number of people that rent here and none of them are happy. I can't speak for everyone, but I know a number of renters that will be leaving this year. I will follow them out of the door.
Michelle MurphyIf I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately google is more generous than I am. They bought out the storage unit we’ve had for 10 years. Didn’t let anyone know. Didn’t send a bill. Just a past due notice. Now they won’t allow access to our unit.
