Both Lily and Beth were sweethearts. Lily walked me and my wife through the entire process and explained everything in detail. They answered all my questions with patience and transparency. And because of my physical limitations, Lily was kind enough to reserve me a storage unit that was right close to the elevator. Great place and great staff.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Terrible humidity issues that caused mold on my possessions. Desk attendant said they have no way to monitor humidity. Access limitations that have lasted for months. Strongly recommend finding somewhere else to store your things!! Upon many reoccurring issues I contacted via email and in person multiple times and haven't reached a resolution. I've just had problem after problem at this facility.

This building is very clean. Personnel has been very helpful, specially the young girl they have at the reception. I like it a lot better than my previous one.

I recently visited the Oakwood location while searching for a storage unit for my upcoming move, and I was so impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Beth and Lily were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. They both went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed. Lily took the time to walk me through the property and show me multiple units, all while being patient and friendly. The facility itself was spotless and well-kept, with none of that typical “storage unit” smell you sometimes run into. When we returned to the office, Beth greeted me with a warm smile and answered every question I had thoroughly. Beth and Lily truly made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine friendliness stood out the most. I ultimately decided to continue looking around due to the current limited access hours, since 24-hour access is something I would need. However, I would have zero concerns about storing my belongings here, and I’ll definitely keep this location in mind if I need a unit in the future.
