I had a storage here maybe 1 or 2 years. When i 1st rented a storage unit the prices were great and had alot of good amenities. A few months passed they closed down the wash bays, raised the prices then unfortunately they started parking RVs near the vaccum areas which was the 1 thing i loved about this facility but then they finally took them off and raised the price again. There was never anyone to get a hold of within those 2 yrs in person. i dont know how all these reviews keep talking about talking to someone in the office when the doors were always locked various times of the days. Especially when i tried to ask how to use the air compression the doors were locked i went around 2 pm on a day maps said they were open. I asked someone using the rv dumps if they knew how it worked and found out they have not worked in almost a year. Its frustrating when you call the number or email for this specific location and they kept saying you need to contact someone at that facility. i told them i kept calling number and always get directed somewhere else. All i was trying to find out why i was paying more than the bigger unit and why are prices rising when all these things are "breaking/shutting down. The good thing about this location is it seemed safe and secure good location but honestly the prices are not worth it.

Wow. The facility is great. Secure and well kept. But above all else was Lindsey. She has restored my faith in customer service as a cornerstone of American business. She was so professional and personable. We plan on being long term tenants. Just a great place to store our motorhome.

Our faith in customer service has been restored! My husband and I really appreciate the quality service Lindsey provided to us! She was so helpful and friendly. She was so patient as we asked a million questions, and gave us time to tour the facility to find an acceptable place for our travel trailer. In addition, the facilities were clean and well maintained, with security cameras everywhere and an on-site host for safety. We would recommend Storage King to anyone!

When this placed opened under ultimate RV it was good. Storage Kings took over and have removed the wands in the wash bays, removed the vacuumed and air. Parked big motor homes in the detailbays and raise rent several times a year. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place unless it is an emergency. way better and cheeper places to park. Office is also rarely open.

New but so far so good. Was at Cubesmart 3 months and they raised rates by 35%. Don't they realize that it's very easy to move an RV. Hopefully, Storage King is much smarter than Cubesmart
