US Storage Centers Phoenix Union Hills

I visited, viewed & paid for my space on Friday then returned Monday after a 7 hour drive from out of state with a full 25' Uhaul truck. The manager was out sick and no one was available to remove the company's lock. I was not able to move in, I had to pay additional rent to Uhaul for an another day plus disrupting Uhauls upcoming scheduled rental. Also trying to find space to park such a large truck overnight somewhere where it wouldn't be towed was a disaster. To say the least it was a complete mess. I understand emergencies arise but to have no one available to cover is a horrible inconvenience. Tuesday when a substitute staff person was working, I shared my ordeal and she apologized for the manager. She herself had not worked at that location in over a year and was not familiar with the location.

Danny was very helpful showing us around and making sure we had the right size unit. He also was helpful recommending movers to get our things into storage
