We had a great experience with this storage facility from start to finish. The space was clean, well-lit, and easy to access every time we stopped by. It felt secure and well maintained, which gave us real peace of mind. Jen and Elizabeth were a pleasure to work with. Both were professional, responsive, and made everything simple and straightforward. One small touch we appreciated — the music playing in the storage area itself. It made move-in and visits feel less transactional and more welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, accessible space run by people who care.

Property damage at StorQuest? You're on your own! I've been a customer here at StorQuest in Surprise for a while now and have been pretty happy with the facility. Nice clean areas, bright lights, great climate control. Unfortunately im giving this facility 2 stars as they will NOT provide any support during a property damage claim. While dropping some items off at the unit I rent, my truck was backed into by another StorQuest customer. Everything was cordial with the other party but to make sure I cover all my bases I requested the security camera footage of the accident from the front desk. First the front desk denied there being cameras covering that area. After a few follow up questions it came to light that there are actually 2 cameras that cover that area, but the footage would NOT be released. I later got ahold of the regional manager for StorQuest and was given the same story (adding in some condescending lessons on how he personally approaches accidents). But he did say he would check in with thier legal team and get back to me in 3-4 days. 5 days later he called back and said they will not release the camera recording to me. If you've been in an accident (especially in a parking lot) you know how frustrating these can be to adjudicate correctly. When I first took my tour of StorQuest they emphasized thier top notch security, specifically pointing out the camera system. Unfortunately when the time came I needed the protection of that system, they turned the other way, hung me out to dry, and gave me nice little unrelated lectures on other things I should be doing. The cameras are there to protect StorQuest Property, not yours. There are many other storage options in the area. If security of your property is important, skip this facility and join me at another in the area.
