From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. When I decided to go with Arizona Self Storage, Cynthia made the entire process of setting up my unit smooth and efficient. She handled all the paperwork quickly and professionally, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and pleasant. What truly stood out, though, was Cynthia’s thoughtfulness and genuine kindness. After noticing I was having a rough day, she went out of her way to offer help moving my things using one of their trucks from the front area to my storage unit. That small act of compassion meant so much—it’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond simply out of care for another person. I am on a budget and am tired of being hit by price increases over and over. Arizona Self Storage is the ONLY place in Tucson that I could find that holds their rates for a year at a time. This is worth its weight in gold! Cindy at the front desk is a treasure to deal with. The place is clean and very secure. I am sure I will be there for a long time.

Cindy is fantastic and was extremely helpful in helping me choose and get a unit at the spare of the moment. The security is high tech and made me feel my belongings were safe and secure. The unit is very clean and they spray for pests before you move in and on a schedule basis of the property.
