Straight up scammers!!!! We got this unit right before summer time and have been paying for it ever since. In October we faced a rough patch and got behind, but we called and a representative worked out a payment arrangement for October and we were able to get ahead with November as well. Come December we were notified we owed $300!!!! Why? We’re paid up! My husband called and talked to someone and they said it was never notated about the deal we made back in October, so we still owed for November, even though we did in fact pay for it. This morning he got in contact with someone else from the company and they were able to pull up and see where we did pay for November, but they said it did not matter and we were “late”, Even though we had already paid. we felt defeated and asked if we could just go ahead and make a partial payment and they continued to refuse our money and then informed us our unit has now been moved to auction! Even though were paid up until this month and were only 38 days late. This unit has our furniture, sentimental items and a bunch of my children’s stuff in it. Luckily the auctioneers were polite and are going to let us pay them in a couple weeks. Beware of this company! They will scam you out of all your money, and then give your stuff away to the auction. I really can’t make this stuff up. I’m beyond myself with this and it’s the holidays and they’re putting us through this 🥺
Absolutely the worst place to rent from! They deserve no stars. I got this storage unit for my son and have been faithfully paying on it ever since. Sent in power of attorney multiple times. My payment cards are on file, and they’ve been taking the payments without issue. Both my daughter and I have communicated with them several times since my son is currently unable to do so. Today, I asked to speak with a manager, and the representative was extremely rude argued with me, spoke disrespectfully, and refused to transfer me to a manager. The level of customer service is unacceptable. The staff are unprofessional, the storage units are dirty, and the overall experience has been nothing but stressful. As soon as I finish paying for this storage, I will be removing everything and closing my account. Please save yourself the headache and do not rent from this company. They truly need to retrain or replace their customer service staff. This has been the most frustrating experience ever. I called back because my issue was never resolved, even after having my son on the line for verification. We’ve been on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, and now they’re saying the account is “up for action” — even though they are the reason I couldn’t make a payment in the first place. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

Put a 5 star review on here before I could even see my storage. Changing this review immediately after finding out that I was mislead into paying for a storage that isn’t even what I paid for. Patricia was little to no help whatsoever and gave me the incorrect storage. I paid for a 5x15 storage and the unit that Patricia put me in was a 5x5 unit!!! Extremely unsatisfied!! And I would not recommended Patricia or this storage to anyone. Please, if you are going to get a storage here check the storage they’re trying to give you before you pay for it. They were adamant that I was given the correct unit when I wasn’t. I was given unit A6 which turned out being a 5x5 instead of a 5x15. I attached photos for clarification and proof.
