This review is based solely on my interaction with Kathy and not the business in general. Kathy was very knowledgeable and nice. Check in was a smooth process. As for Smart Stop in general, I'm not a fan of the way they run their business. After 30 days, they can raise your rent 4 times as much as your original agreement with only a notice in the mail. So if you have issues with your mail like I do, your out of luck because they won't notify you any other way. In my eyes, that's not doing good business. But the front desk lady (Kathy) service was great.

I went into rent a storage, and the person in the Office was named Jen. She did a great job. Very understanding. Very comfortable. Made me feel very Comfortable with the company that I will be using. Answered all my questions. New exactly what she was talking about. And explain things perfectly. I will give her five stars. Even though I would like to give it 10. Great job.

I first spoke with Destiny at the call center. She was very good. When I got to the place I was attended by Jen. She is excellent. I almost didn't commit cuz the 1st callback was from cathy. She was pushy and when we met in person she was cold and unfriendly, but Jen made my visit worthwhile. I plan on getting a 2nd unit now.
