She helped me with accessing my husband’s storage, walked me over to it, and even helped me with the jammed door. She noticed I was a bit hesitant to go to the unit alone and offered to go with me. As a female, I am so thankful she was there today because it made me feel safe. You’re awesome Jocelyn and never change who you are!

This is the worst. I’ve never ever had a bad experience with this or any storage before. Their digital access is a nightmare and they will not work with you. Extra Space Storage and Jason the manager don’t care about if you having access to your items. All they care about is their money. That’s it. I’ve been here 2 days in a row now to move out and yesterday had to wait almost 1 hour for someone to come. And today again no access. I’ve been here for more than an hour already. These are my only 2 days off. Julie is the ONLY helpful and knowledgeable person here. If you wanna waste your time , come store your things here.
Omar GoreOutstanding customer service, clean facility and a pleasure to do business with. During my initial visit I was assisted by Rebecca; she was patient in showing me my storage options, she also informed me of a discount that I was unaware of. The property was clean and they have an adequate amount of pest control stations. After completing my paperwork, the instructions for accessing the property were reviewed and she verified I had access before I left the site. The staff were very warm and friendly; overall an excellent experience.
