The staff here are amazing! I spoke with Sarah on the phone about a few questions I had regarding their policies with deliveries and she answered them perfectly. Samantha was very helpful with updating my monthly plan as well. I chose the 24-access plan without considering the generous open hours the site already had and she was able to update my plan to the one below and gave me a credit of the difference as well. The storage unit was the perfect size for what I wanted to store and the whole site was clean as well. Very glad I did my research and chose this location

Samantha went above and beyond for me several Times. First when I had a substantial rate increase she helped me find creative solutions to reduce my expenses. Then while we were moving we left the door with the lock on but not in the locked position. It was opened. She called us immediately to notify us. That was incredible service. I was so thankful nothing was taken. This facility is wonderful. The digital Access makes it so easy and secure. We feel very safe.

This is a great storage space! The staff is so helpful, patient and efficient. Everything from my initial query, to renting a unit has been easy and smooth. The actual space works well.
