The building is very well lit from outside that gives you a good sense of security, Elevators are wide and can accommodate heavy cart loads in addition to the tenant compared to many storage places where they use a lift without the tenant. The building has a centralized air-condition that maintains a comfortable atmosphere indoors. The pathways are smooth, wide and very well-lit and the units have wide sliding doors that can easily accommodate loaded carts. The storage unit that I rented has a movement sensor light that turns on whenever I open the sliding door. There are cameras outside entrances and by the elevators in every floor, but nowhere else in the hallways or the pathways. Adding cameras in the hallways can assure tenants of a high added level of security for them as well as their belongings. The staff and the management are very professional, courteous and pleasant to communicate with them. Overall, I rate Brea SecureSpace Self Storage with an A+ rating.

I like how clean the place is, and the staff in person is friendly. It is definitely a good location to store your things. The only downfall I had was the first of the month payment. It wasn’t made clear to me that the rent is due every first. Even if you just got your storage. I got mine on March 29th. Which I was thinking I would be charged every 29th of the month, not the first. When I saw I owed more money, I called. The girl I was talking to was very rude and didn’t really listen to what I said, she was just speaking to me like I was a child and told me. No it’s always due the first of the month. If that was made clear to me, then I would have not got my storage until I knew I was going to have the money. Cause I am still moving from another storage. It was a big inconvenience, and that was the only thing that sucked.

I wanted to wait a little bit before reviewing but I did have a very smooth process with Robin during my phone order of my unit. I made it after hours and it was such a seamless process. I was inside with a provided lock and now I have a place for my extra items that I don’t have room for at home. Thank you Robin for the quick and easy process! I am highly satisfied with my unit, the cleanliness of the facility, and the security and peace of mind knowing my belongings are stored in a nice place.

I was very happy with the experience of renting a small space through Secure Space. I think the women who got me signed up online was Robin and she was excellent. Very friendly and helpful! I’ve only moved in a few things so far but everything has been great!
