Friendly staff and easy move in

Ana helped me, I did a same day move in and she ensured everything was super smooth. The staff is so sweet. The facility is clean and centrally located and the price point is pretty unbeatable for the area.

Decent price, nice people, not many amenities

I came to EZ Storage because the most popular competitor pulled a classic "bait & switch" tactic of offering a low price and then jacking it up bigly just five months later. Goodbye to them! Hello to EZ Storage! The people here are friendlier and it's closer to my home. But a better price has its costs. The downsides: This EZ Storage location (on Alameda near San Fernando Road in Burbank) does not have air-conditioning in their units which is rather common but being on the top floor this unit was pretty warm. The unit also does not have a light or even an electrical outlet in which to plug a lamp. The only light source is from the lights in the hallway and they are on a timer. For me it seemed the lights would go out after 15 minutes. Since this was the first time I was moving stuff into the unit and rearranging everything the process took some time. Another slightly cruddy thing is to get stuff to the second floor you have to put things on a lift made for the carts (and only four carts on the location) and you have to walk up a short flight of stairs. Not the worst thing but opening and closing the lift's doors and latches eats up some of your time, especially if you're making multiple trips as I was. Oh, and the storage unit I have has two doors which require, of course, two padlocks, increasing your cost should you need to buy another padlock. Overall, I'm glad I moved my stuff here. Price is the biggest factor. I sincerely hope this company doesn't do the same unscrupulous price increases that their competitor does. The lack of adequate lighting in the unit is the biggest gripe I have because even with the hallway lights and both doors open the room is not well-lit at all. I guess I might have to bring in some battery-operated camping lanterns.

As I write this review it is the start of a new morning. I wanted to reach out and just say thank you to Maria, Barbara and Alice! Everyone working at this storage facility that I have had interactions with there has been genuinely positive, friendly and helpful! I rented a container to store possessions. The container was immaculately clean and fresh for move in! That is a great start for the process of storing possessions that are important to you! I have rented many storage units throughout the country over the past years! This facilities restroom is one of the cleanest and well kept that I have experienced! One more example that there is caring involved by the people that are working there! I appreciate it, Enjoy a beautiful day! Rob

I recently toured EZ Storage in Burbank, and I had a great experience. Milford Wilson showed me around and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the process easy to understand. Even though I didn’t end up renting a space this time, I was really impressed by the clean, secure facility and Milford’s professionalism. I would definitely consider renting here in the future and highly recommend EZ Storage Burbank to anyone looking for a reliable storage option.

Be careful when you rent a space here. The monthly rent price is not what they publish. It’s even higher then the average in the market. They will offer you discount and then, after a month or two, they will surprise you. Like any other storages, here are working liars as well . They will smile you, lie and push you through to the trap to pay more and more. They did it to me, but they didn’t know that messing up with the wrong person. Both women that are seating there, especially Maria, are fake, don’t trust their “niceness” ,that is how they push you slowly to their trap. I recorded everything and gonna report to the BBB & possibly file a lawsuit.

My experience with EZ storage has been very pleasant. I have gotten very respectful treatment and the people that work There are much helpful. Especially Maria, she is knowledgeable and answers any questions. She is pleasant and resourceful. I am very happy that Maria is there, she is very kind and always has a smile On her face. I highly recommend people to EZ storage for all their storage needs.

GREAT PRICE AND SERVICE!!!!! If you live in the Burbank / Glendale area I totally recommend this facility. Ask for Maria. She went the extra mile walking us throughout the facility viewing and reviewing storage rooms. Thank you Maria for your help!! Not counting promotional pricing, EZ was half the price compared to the competition for the room size (5x7) we were looking for. Additionally we received 50% off the first two months. The building is older but a excellent price for what you get. Worth checking out.
