From the moment we walked in, Betty and Brandon were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole process super easy and clearly explained all the payment details, which we really appreciated. They even took the time to show us different unit sizes so we could figure out what would work best for our needs. The climate-controlled units were a major plus — knowing that our belongings will be protected from heat and humidity gives us real peace of mind, especially for temperature-sensitive items. As I first entered the Smart self Storage of Eastlake I went in expecting a cookie cutter routine where you get sold a unit, then get ushered out the back door. I was immediately surprised when I walked in and was welcomed by Sarah in the front office. She was very helpful in understanding what I needed then walking me through the unit explaining the details that suited my storage needs best. I feel more confident that I made a good choice in coming here, because I was sold a unit space that was actually suited for my proper space requirements without over purchasing on unneeded space. I would strongly recommend if anyone is looking for a storage facility to consider this as a good first option.
