Posted a review previously but it has been removed. Signed up 2.5 years ago for a 10x20 pull up at $280 monthly. Not great but reasonable. Had to move units due to a string of thefts and was lucky they didn't cut my second lock. Location has cameras but people hop the back fence with hoodies and ravage this place with bolt cutters. I am now paying $400 monthly due to constant increases, without even a light to see inside ny unit. Front office says they go by market price. Corporate says it's for operating costs. However, Secure self storage on Campo & Jamacha is asking $270 for the same size pull up unit. This is price gouging, Moving in to a unit is a pain, and so is unloading and moving to another location, so people are forced to grin and bear it. This is what they rely on. This company is big enough to have security onsite but they refuse. A shipping container is cheaper overall and more secure on my own property. Next month will be my last here. Storage facilites are a multi million dollar profit busines (and maybe more) and I encourage people to consider a place that has security onsite with some amenities, or go with a shipping container.

Great place to rent a storage unit. Very clean and great staff. Alexis was super sweet and professional. She assisted me in picking the right unit and was very informative. From guiding me every step of the way on how to access my unit and show me where it’s located. Such a beautiful soul with so much patience. Thank you again.

If your looking for a clean and secure place to store your belongings this is the place. Facility is new and the girls in the office do a fantastic job maintaining it. I helped my friend Harry with his moving in and I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service that Monique and Melissa provided. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and takes pride. Thank you, ladies for your attention and the cold water bottles.
