Rented a unit there yesterday. Super smooth process. Scott was great - friendly, patient, humorous, and easy going, yet professional and no nonsense. Overall the facility is on the smaller side (compared to others I’ve rented from), which I like. Generally not as crowded. Upper floor hallways are carpeted which is nice. I wish the elevators were a tad bigger and some of the hallway openings are a bit narrow (less than 36”). Overall I’m pleased with the facilities and the price.

Scott was amazing very truthful, realistic, and informed us of very useful information that made us feel safe. He is very confident and competent in what he does and the place was so immaculately clean and organized! It is exactly the place where you want to store your things and have a sound mind during the process!

I SUPER APPRECIATE LAURA FOR always giving outstanding service. This is my second time renting due to remodeling and its so convenient and safe. Also their prices are definitely reasonable and fair. If ever in the future i need to move or need to make room, I know where im going :)

Laura and really the entire staff at Storquest Claremont have been outstanding. I had been renting a unit for about 23ish years and finally decided to fly in from Tennessee to close out the unit which as you may know can be daunting. Literally everything from start to finish was exceptional. Laura's prompt communication really saved the day when we were on a time constraint , even weeks before the move out and also before her lunch hour she made sure her assistant would be available if needed who was also amazing. I was really dreading vacating the unit but they all made the experience a very pleasant one and were kind to my family as well. Jose and another gentleman that were was working were also really great as well. I usually forget to write reviews because honestly the experiences are not memorable but I'll never forget how genuinely kind and also professional everyone was to me and my family with this process from start to finish. :)

I had made reservations back in April the lady was rude..said she had to make it quick because she needed to be somewhere. If I had more time I would have gone somewhere else.. she didn't tell me that rats would be moving into my storage and when I noticed that the rats had destroyed some items I went to the office to tell them but at 330 no one was there I was paid up till the end of Sept and I moved out the end of Aug and they are telling me they don't give refunds and they are month to month ok well Im not using the month of September so they should refund the month I'm not there I called today and again the lady was very rude..
