We were able to move all of the remaining items into a smaller unit just a short walk from the first one, and the transition couldn’t have been easier thanks to how smoothly this facility is run. Jax, the property manager, guided us through every step with clarity, warmth, and real professionalism. She was just as helpful during the move into the smaller unit as she was the day we first rented. The facility itself is clean, secure, well-organized, and very easy to work in. Our belongings are now safely stored in our new unit, and we’ve consistently had a positive experience here. We truly recommend Extra Space Storage on Solano Way.

Review is for Jax, manager who was extremely kind and helpful! Great employee who was happy to help me. The storage place itself is fine and safe. Wasn’t happy with a $200/ month increase within a year. They raised it twice ($100 each time) and they said they sent a card in the mail, which I didn’t receive and no email. Anyways, if you rent here, make sure you check your monthly statements for an unexpected increase and contact the office right away. They should also email/or text number on the account to inform too.
