I have had a unit at Storage Mart on Clayton Road for quite a while. I've been there frequently over the last few weeks. Tim and Tony are awesome. An absolute pleasure to deal with and more than helpful. They are what customer service is all about.

Great experience. Tim was helpful on the phone and in person. He was incredibly knowledgeable and amazing at making sure we were aware of all the steps, and information on the whole process. Couldn’t be happier with the service entirely. Also very thorough with the tour! Love it so far. Made the whole thing a piece of cake!

Went to this place to check it out for myself, after seeing all these positive and glowing reviews on here, which felt very fishy to me, as all the reviews talked solely about the customer service, when there was no mention about storage unit quality, pricing transparency, construction, and insulation. I visit their office to see for myself and ask questions. The man who was there at the reception desk, was almost annoyed by me having all these questions about extra fees, deposit fees, insurance fees that are just plain rip-off, construction material of storage units, insulation, and why would rental fees double and triple in a few months? He tells me that’s just how it is…i was honestly astonished and taken aback. Also, when i asked him about construction materials of the units, the man answers in a very condescending manner, which made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. I had this thought of “i just want to leave now.” Very snarky attitude. Not professional at all and unfriendly and really unwelcoming! Between the lack of transparency, the dismissive customer service, and what feels like predatory pricing practices, this place came across as very scammy. Be careful!

I highly recommend StorageMart in Concord! After visiting a few storage places, this one came out on top, mainly because of Tom’s outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. The facility is easy to get to, secure and well run.

Having the opportunity to rent a storage unit online was something I’d never heard of. It was easy. It was quick. It was convenient. On the day that I got there, Tim greeted me to make sure that I knew where everything was. He walked me up to my unit, opened it and showed it to me. There are flatbeds that you can use there. There’s an elevator. It was very convenient. Choosing to rent here was definitely a great decision.
