I came back ro Extra Space Storage cause of the convenience and location near my house 2 mins away. This works out perfectly. I had a little issue with the location booking today when I was trying to confirm my unit. Steve actually helped me fix everything. He provided the absolutely above Customer Service. He was very helpful, showed patience and was very professional. He took the time to help me fix the location correctly over the phone, honored my price from my 1st agreement and made sure the process was smooth and completely correctly he even made sure to take an extra step in contacting my right storage unit and gave them the details of what happened and noted my account. This was awesome Customer service and I recommend 100% this facility and his location definitely. Great job. Thank you Steve. #1 satisfied customer

I had a need to store some stuff. I had a pretty good experience with them in the past. So, I called and booked over the phone. When arriving to the unit I was promised a free lock, and a small welcome bag was supposed to be inside thw unit. Unfortunately it was not. I contacted the manager Steve to inquire about this. After double checking, he promptly made sure I got the small gift bag and lock. Thank-you. 5 stars.

Awesome customer service!!! Steve got me a unit sameday while we were in the process of moving when another storage company left me hanging. Steve came in clutch and made our moving experience alot better his customer service was Top notch. Highly recommend Extra space storage great price and hours. There is always someone in the office vs the other companies that rarely have anyone onsite (Color Orange and initials PS)
