She even found me some help with mover vendors which is something i actually was looking for even before coming in. She is friendly and vibe is welcoming.

I reserved a free unit in the morning I was supposed to go in the afternoon, which I let them know. Since we were moving and got the moving truck, lived a few miles away it took all night. I was able to go in before closing time, and the ladies were very generous, very friendly and they stayed to attend me and were able to register me, even though it was close to closing time. I thank them for attending me and not kicking me out because it was crucial that we got the storage unit that time, unfortunately for them I did it late. Process took 10 minutes and they were able to leave before 6.

So far so good, but it has only been a few days. Nicole was incredibly nice and professional. I'm waiting until after winter to update my post. I want to see if there are any issues with rain seeping through the bottom of the doors. It was great to be able to rent a smaller space too. I didn't need a lot and the 4'x8' is great!
