The manager at this Prime Storage location is absolutely outstanding! I’ve dealt with many storage facilities over the years, and I can honestly say he’s the best manager I’ve ever encountered. His professionalism and reliability are unmatched. He sets the standard for what customer service should be. This guy truly knows how to run a business and take care of his customers. I highly recommend this facility so if you’re looking for storage in the area, this is the place to go. The management alone makes it worth it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family hit some rough times recently and we fell behind on the payments of our storage. Kristina was able to get us a better rate and has been so patient, kind and understanding. I’m so grateful to her and Prime Storage for allowing us to get on our feet and not lose our things. Kristina was amazing, helpful and friendly. Recently moved to the area, and it could not have been easier to finalize a unit and get all of my things in- on top of that they let me borrow a furniture dolly and a couple of tools to finish up getting some furniture in my unit.
