Outstanding Service from Juan at Extra Space Storage! I’ve had such a great experience working with Juan since the day I reserved my storage unit. He made my move-in incredibly easy ! the space was already cleaned, prepped, and even had the lock ready beforehand. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Last night, my key accidentally broke off in the lock. I came back first thing this morning, and Juan took care of it right away with total professionalism. The whole process was effortless, efficient, and smooth , zero stress on my end. Juan has been friendly, reliable, and extremely helpful every step of the way. I honestly appreciate his exceptional customer service and how much he cares about making the experience positive. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage thanks to him!

It was so easy getting a unit at extra space. As soon as I booked it online, Juan the manager of the San dimas store gave me a personal call. He introduced himself,welcomed me and let me know the lock would be inside the unit and if I needed anything to give him a call and he would take care of it. Sure enough, the light inside the unit wasn't working so reached out to Juan and he had a guy out there the following day to replace it. Very impressive store, very impressive managment.
