Freda was a wonderful help to us. I had foolishly left my bag in front of my storage. Freda recovered it, kept it safe, and when I asked her about it she promptly returned it to me with all my items and valueables intact and accounted for. Truly a wonderful service and the definition of trustworthy! 10/10

Once again Freda showed us the best hospitality and service. she very quickly showed us what we were buying, wrote up the paperwork and kindly gave us water and answered all our questions. 10/10 will continue to store my extra stuff here.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Michael at Extra Space Storage deserves a raise, a bonus, and public recognition. I called feeling extremely anxious, convinced I had messed up my reservation, and he immediately put me at ease. He was patient, warm, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything without making me feel rushed or foolish. This is the kind of customer service that genuinely makes a difference — especially when someone is already stressed. I haven’t even stepped foot into the facility yet, and because of Michael, I already feel confident and taken care of. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have him. Please recognize this employee — experiences like this are the reason people stay loyal to businesses.

I had a storage unit at another Extra Space Storage facility, and had no issues. I canceled it, thinking we wouldn't be needing it anymore. When I realized I would need another storage unit during a move, I opted for this location instead as it seemed to be easier to access. It was like a night and day difference between the two facilities! Again, I had no issues at the other one, but this one here on Central is very easy to access, and even includes digital access (something the other did not offer). Christina helped me get everything set up and ready in no time flat. She was very personable and made the entire process a breeze. Highly recommend this place if you have storage needs!
