Convenient, large storage facility with long access hours. Kirsten is great, professional and friendly and I would give her 5 stars for great customer care. They have a big freight elevator that is easy to use. There isn't lighting in the storage unit itself, only motion activated lights in the walkway so a flashlight is helpful. I didn't feel comfortable visiting the unit on my own so that's the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, all of our items were safely stored there for a few months and the unit was clean.

Hi, I just ended my stay at Extra Space in Long Beach, CA (2101 E Carson St)…..after almost 8 years!! You guys are great! I’ve known Brian Bell, the Manager, for all that time, and I appreciate him greatly. He’s hands-on helpful, responsive, runs a spic-and-span facility… a real professional. During the past 3 weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Kristen Scott, the Asst. Manager. Another excellent experience! It took a great effort by me and my mover to unwind a fully loaded 10 by 20 foot room. Kristen was always ready to lend her support, advice, and reminders about the rules….always friendly, always professional. Your office is in good hands with Kristen! Thank you all for a long and very satisfying storage experience.
