This place has been amazing from day one. Sherry is an absolute gem and is super sweet, patient, and always willing to help without any attitude. She is great at keeping track of my items and always lets me know as soon as a package arrives. It is such a relief dealing with someone who actually cares and wants to make things easy, especially in LA where that is not always the case. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating every time I come in. Highly recommend.

Honestly cannot say enough good things about this Extra Space Storage location. Shenice has been especially helpful and is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making things easy. They always greet me with a smile and make a point of knowing who I am and exactly where my things are stored. Anytime I receive a package, they call me straight away and make sure everything is handled properly. They are so accommodating and go above and beyond, which is honestly rare in LA. Truly the best storage experience I have had.

This particular Extra Space Storage has been a pleasure to work with, and I'm pretty sure I've never heard anyone speak highly of their experience with a storage facility. The business is set up well and the pricing has worked for me. But above all I want to commend Sherry and Chenice for being such great staff. They've had consistently positive attitudes and have gone out of their way to assist me.
